RWA

I went to the RWA conference at Disney World and had a fabulous time. Of course, I spent more time at the parks than at the conference, but then I had my darling husband and daughter with me, so who could blame me?
I had a fabulous time, gave awards and received awards, zoomed through the hotel on my scooter and basically had a blast. I got a lovely review from Library Journal for RUTHLESS: An intrepid heroine with a fear of rats and a deeply flawed hero who is not beyond redemption find love and salvation in this story that juxtaposes depravity with innocence in a fascinating emotional chiaroscuro that will keep the pages turning. VERDICT Stuart's dark tale of aristocratic decadence and licentiousness among British expats in mid-18th-century Paris will chill the naive and singe the pages -- and this is just the first in a trilogy.
And more than 45,000 people have downloaded the prequel on B&N.com alone! With RECKLESS and then BREATHLESS on the way, and it's summer! Life is good.
In the meantime, though, I have to get through the copy edits on one of my paranormals and do the revisions on the second, plus come up with new proposals. The wicked never rest!

emotional chiaroscuro
I admit, I had to look up chiaroscuro.
The books is fantastic. Can't wait for the next two!
I bought Ruthless the day it came out and finished reading it the day it came out AND still cannot decide what part of this wonderful book is my favorite! I guess the whole book is my favorite<3 I'm uber excited to read the other two books^_^
I just read Ruthless. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY question is does Elinor ever tell Rohan that she's pregnant with his child????? I'VE GOT TO KNOW! How does he repond? You've got to write an extra chapter or epilogue...something. PLEEEEESE!
Dear Anne: Mira doesn't sell in my country so I just discovered Into the Fire in a used books store. I really liked it and wonder if you mentioned Dillon and Jamie in another book? Your hero has had a pretty tough life, I was hoping the couple ended in a nicer home with no money worries as they got older.
I adored ruthless, just bought Reckless, just downloaded the e-prequel and can't wait to rad them. You just get better and better.
I was reading the music list again and wanted to strongly suggest Adam Lambert's For Your Entertainment. he is flamboyant, but his voice and music is great.
Now, I finished my own pages and get to read the prequel.
Thanks

Hi Anne,
Just wanted to say that I have enjoyed both Ruthless and Reckless. Can't wait for Breathless to be released. In the meantime I'm going through a backlist of your older books and thoroughly enjoying them. Thanks for creating such wonderful works.

And yes, I've already read the rest of the House of Rohan trilogy!
